The character I have in mind has more mulatto like hair. it's still long and draw back or in a braid but the avatar there still pretty close

Dennis Hopper plays Frankie, a psychopathic/sociopathic killer, who has kidnapped Isobella's characters son, and is forcing her to sleep with him. A truly evil and scary b4stard, who when he gets excitable, smears lipstick on himself, gets ultra violent, and breaths funny. Clearer now?
