Oh wow, that lawsuit Sis linked is really sad.
Instead of complaining about the noise, go in and have fun watching the kids doing something active or just talk to the parents. My parents were socializing more during my games then actually watching me play

I think it would be the same here. Maybe even less years in prison, but with TBS (mental/psychological whatever) because you can't just lock people up who are not in their right mind, or who had a bad childhood
