I suppose you probably mean the various invocations, etc.? Like the hymn that Gildor Inglorion and co. sung, when Frodo invoked her and Luthien at the Ford, and any of numerous other invocations? Also, in a way, any time that the Phial of Galadriel was used could be thought of as an invocation of Elbereth, I think, as it held the light of the Star of Earendil, and Elbereth was 'star-queen'.
