You made it up yourself, Hector, so you figure out why you didn't invite yourself.

I've got to say, you've got a rather perverse sort of imagination. What is it with you and clothes-less cannibalism? Issues much?

Actually I think you and Tessar, Nurv, and Val just wanted to imitate the more famous Bohemian Grove.

Please, hector, when will you get it through your head: We've got standards.

You can entertain yourself all you like with images of a bunch of people, sitting in a cold forest, shivering because they're nuts enough to take their clothes off, munching on badly cooked tough meat. Seriously, who'd want to do that voluntarily? Trust me, if this was true, you'd be invited, oh yes. Because you see, if I'm forced to be subjected to this, I don't see why you shouldn't.

Who says it's out in the cold? With ten bonfires you guys would be warm enough anyhow...

Logically, if you are a cannibal and you eat people, of course you're going to deny that you do. And cannibals don't complain about the meat being tough.

Chocolativore here, sorry.

I don't eat people, I just whack them on the head with my plastic gecko. You can only eat them once, but you can always hit them on the head.

And when you eat people, they don't bring chocolate to you anymore. It's just basic econimics, really.

I guess you're right.

But really, it's a shame [none] of these conspiracies are real. It would be a fun world if they did.

Interesting fact, kids: Santa spent a night in jail for punching Arius in the face.

Two Christmas Songs

I just thought I would share with everyone two of the most profoundly disturbing Christmas songs of all time.

#1. I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas.
If you can guess what specie of vertebrae is singing this song, you get a prize.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtqIM_bPTws

#2. The Christmas Shoes Song
This is disturbing for an entrirely different reason. The schmalz factor is so pungent, you're likely to choke. Seriously, this is THE most manipulative song I've ever heard.

In every nice person, there's an evil overlord. If you've got the chocolate economics worked out nicely, trust me, you'll never have problems with uprisings.

I know who's singing! It's Frankie Valli! Isn't it? Homo sapiens sapiens var. Frankus vallius?

It sounds a lot like Frankie Valli circa The Four Seasons anyway. What do you think? (I swear the guitarist in this video isn't actually playing, but anyways.)

It's incredibly nauseating, and yet the entire video is redeemed by the mom throwing the football into that guy's car. (This is why you put a nice arc on your throws in football - otherwise it's too easy to intercept.)

Edited to add:

Sounds like a benevolent dictatorship to me! It's the best kind of government until you die of old age and the army takes over.
