I tend to agree with Sane. The world is certainly not going to end.

EDIT: Whatever happened to that old thread anyway?

Wow, I was elected 1st President of Entmoot so long ago. Good times at the moot. And now I realize how very young I was. I didn't think that I was all that young at the time.

Let see....the election was November 2000... I was only 12 :P In the 7th grade.

Now I'm 18 and in college. I turn 19 in about a month. Wow. I feel so.... old... but I realize that I'm still very young :P

Just wait till you have your twenty-second around the corner. Looking forward, it looks like it's all downhill from here...

Pfft! Hahaha! Hahhaa!!! *fit of uncontrollable laughter*
Nonsense! After all, we all know that thanks to some genetic treatments that involve infecting my own bone marrow with a bioengineered virus, I'm going to live to be three hundred or so. Still a big mountain to climb in other words.

I recommend you do the same.

Why wouldn't it?

Anyway, as I mentioned in the Cafe yesterday, I've created the Brendonianist International (BrendonIntern) message board. Still under construction.

I say this because I'll be 22 in about ten months. Of course, after you hit 21 the thrill of getting caught goes bye bye

I never really liked getting caught. So it was never a thrill for me.

Anyways! Cheer up you lot, good heavens... you people are too preoccupied with aging. What's the matter? You figure your bodies have a preset amount of milage before the peter out?

Well, I'm in it with TB,

300 at the very least.

"The world is so full of a number of things
I'm sure we should all be as happy as kings."
Robert Louis Stevenson

Look at all the things you haven't experienced yet.

The birth of your children.
The birth of your grandchildren.
The launch of your first handbuilt boat.
The uncorking of the first bottle of wine you've brewed yourself.
Mastering the unicycle.
Seeing your book published, and reading it aloud.
A note from someone thanking you for your impact as a teacher.
Hang-gliding.
Sunrise from the top of Mt. Katahdin.
Punting on the Thames.
Seeing the Sistine Chapel in person.
Waking up at the bottom of the Grand Canyon.
Watching a foal struggle to its feet for the first time.
Hugging a friend you haven't seen for years.
Reading a new story that surprises and inspires you.
Waking up next to your new husband/wife.
Learning to ski.
Picking the spot to build your house.
Meeting someone who gets your jokes.

There are so many wonderful amazing things in your future, that you do not have time to mope. You need to be busy counting your blessings.

Just my opinion.
