Thanks for the Encouragement Bar, m'lady. It goes well with the notes, the salt and pepper, and desperation. I hope your own problems have become as ... tasty. And I envy you greatly for getting to go back to Seattle for Thanksgiving.
ElemmÃ*rë - I know how you feel. We get that all over our 2 page response papers for my tutorial, and the second we get out of class everyone turns to everyone else and starts venting about it. It isn't a freaking thesis. Oh, and sorry about the psychotically Satanic roommate.

Actually my problems did turn out to be tasty... Our professor's children donated halloween candy to her classes. Sweet of them. Of course that does make things even more frustrating, because for all the evilness she puts us through with our essays she's really very nice, and usually quite sincere, it's just her teaching is confuzzling.
I can't wait till thanksgiving... It's only thanks to my aunt and uncle that I'm able to go back, their graduation gift to me was round trip plane tickets for one of the holiday breaks this year.

My chickens. I have 9 egg-laying hens, and I HATE them. They're the worst batch I've ever had the misfortune of owning. They're mean, broody, and worst of all----they eat their eggs!!!! ARGH! I HATE THEM. I HATE THEM. Ugly, stinking, sorry excuses for birds. ICK.

Poor chickens! But do they eat their eggs fresh, even if the eggs aren't cracked? That's straight infanticide/cannibalism!

Dear lord! They eat their own eggs? Hmm...perhaps they need the calcium..I've heard that if a bird doesnt have the right amount of minerals, it will eat the egg shells and egg that it lays. WHy hate them? Eat them!

That isn't normal, is it? I hope they can calm down and stop freaking you out like that.
Lotesse, have you been posting from an internet cafe this whole time? Then I really feel for you too. To be that bored... Get out to a party or something, and meet other people. That's what I've been trying to do except I've got intolerably stupid, unreliable, and immature friends or connections to parties. Which might as well be my vent. In my religion class, which the teacher goes about in the exact same way she goes about her developmental psychology class, I found out that I'm somehow experiencing love, fun, and intimacy at the same level as most people in their middle adulthood, and my age group is several stages behind. I'm in a sort of midlife crisis, not satisfied with anything about my life. The worst part is knowing that all I can do to burst out and start over is wait for the damned year to end and go off to college, make new and active friends, and leave all this behind. So all day I just feel like I'm waiting, and that damages your will to do schoolwork so hard; I'm in hell until June 6, and then I just move up to limbo or something.

No, when I get to post this much it means I have access to my boyfriend's office computer. NO WAY would I idly post if I were at a cafe; those places charge 15 dollars a friggin' hour.

It might have started with a calcium deficiency, but now they're used to the taste of the eggs. So they won't stop eating them. And as for hating them, well... you'd have to see (and smell) them to understand, I guess.

I have to write an essay on the film "The African Queen" (Bogart, Hepburn...going down the river...).
Ideas?

No idea; never saw it. I wish I had time for movies.
I have to vent for my friend. He's been home all day working on a "group" project that's due tomorrow. His teacher picked the groups and he wound up with some girl and this asshole guy, who I've met before, and trust me he's an ass. That was two weeks ago, and since then they've met to work on it together twice but the other two people haven't done a thing but talk to each other. I wouldn't be so angry, because that happens all the time, but yesterday that guy said to the girl, behind my friend's back, "Whatch, now Joe's gonna try to go and steal all the credit for this project even though he hasn't done ****. He's so lazy." Idiot! He just took off from work on short notice today to start and finish this project, and damn right he'll tell the teacher that you guys didn't pitch in. Gah! I hate that! That's why I prefer working on my own; if I'm unreliable, it's my fault alone since I don't care, and chances are I'd do the best work anyway. And now I have this thing in my eye. I can't even see it in the mirror. I wouldn't be suprized if a mosquito bit my eyeball; it's never annoyed me so persistently before. ...just a bad day.

Oh you friggin' crybabies you don't know what venting IS till you have to start arguing with a bunch of well-educated, super-power endowed NAZGUL as if you were right there being one of them, amongst them. BAH!! I laugh at your paltry vents. Try being a Nazgul. Life ain't all the days of wine and roses, my friends. Feckin' murderous backstabbin' loyalty deficient discriminatory power- lustin bleeps. Meh.

Bombadillo quit going undercover, scaredy-cat. Why must you always feel the need to cloak? And what's this about eyeballs; I saw some retarded freaks on this reality show tonight popping COW EYEBALLS and draining the eye-cow contents into shotglasses then drinking the contents. Eye cow juice. Try THAT on for size. And uncloak thyself, you friggin' scaredy cat. I'm sicka wondering whether or not you're online. Puh-LEESE. get over yourself. I for one would like to see when you're online. I like interacting with you, dammit. Take the stupid cloak off already.

Gnrrrr! I submitted my lab to my prof 2 months ago, and only now has he sent me an email saying that I never submitted it, THE DAY BEFORE THE FREAKIN' EXAM. I spent 2 hours panicking and trying to trace back the trail of proof to prove that I submitted it, and then I remembered that I'd had the presence of mind to email the lab to the other lecturer as well, so I emailed him, and all is well in the world again. *whew*
