Well unless i find a .gif compressor im gona have to make 4 avatars again because there too big. Meh, its so annoying, why does it have to be only 19999 bytes. Its stupid

its looks to me like you guys might be a little low on business... or maybe your just working in secret, anyways, i would like to humbly ask your permission to start sortof an avatar creators challenge (doesnt that sound cool?? huh? huh?) where i, or someone else, sets the standards for a certain avatar, kinda like BoP did for hers, and then whoever has the the coolest looking one done that fits the requirments in like 2 days or so wins! (yay!!!)

does that sound like a cool idea?

Sounds like a good idea! (if the av-creators would like to join of course). We have to assign/choose fair judges, perhaps make a comitee to do that? The judges have to consist of new at least 2 or 3 new customers and at least one who have already visited.

What do you think?

sounds good to me, as long as i get some important sounding title even if i have no real power

the judges could score avatars using a point system previously posted, like 10 points if it has a plain box, and 50 points if it has read laser eyes or whatever...
then at the end the person awarded the most points wins!
