Beatles vinyls and business cards, which are much more interesting than anyone would ever guess.

Hey I just remember I do collect stuff. But not conciously. Just if I see something I'm like 'cool.' and I tape it to my wall or something. On my wall I have... rust from someone's house... a feather from a dead bird on the side of the road... movie tickets from about 80% of the movies I've been to since like 2001.... receipts... a collage of trash I found on the side of the road....

This is going to sound so dorky...

I collect Beanie Babies. Not like I used to several years ago, but I still have a pretty good collection (about 140). Most prized Beanie: Garcia the Bear that I bought for $5.00 when it first came out. And people bring stuffed beanbag animals to me as souveniers from trips. I have them from Pheonix, AZ, Mount Washington, the Bahamas, etc. I have some Beanies sitting on my computer monitor at work. I like cats more than bears, however (a shock, I know...).

I also have loads of cat items like jewelry and clothing (including a really neat tapestry jacket covered by cat faces...).

I like lighthouses, too, but don't have very much to show for it.

But I don't actively collect things anymore. I usually just acquire things that interest me from time to time.

That's because they're dead. They all got diseased so I bashed their heads in with rocks, remember?

Cat items, often so irresistable.... I have a few cat statues standing on my bookshelves (or the part of my bookshelves that isn't covered by 3 rows of books). I don't really collect them but when I see a really well done cat statue I find it hard to resist. I'm also incredibly fond of little Bastet-statue.

Isn't Johnnyboy's post up there blatant advertising? At least the link should be deleted.

Anyway, I collect books, stamps, coins (I don't actively collect them, I just keep cool ones I come across), and post cards.

Hmmm, I have some magazines which I collect. And sewing patterns, especially older ones. I used to collect glass cats when I was a child, and my grandfather would find me pretty ones when he was out selling depression era glass.

I also collect old toy action figures, and some dolls. I'm very picky, though when it comes to these.
