Okay, against my better judgement, I'm going to give you some advice. The reason they're too big, apart from size, is because you've probably got them in BMP format, which is HUGE. You'll need to format them to either GIF, or JPG. There! Go easy on me, huh?

OK. What you need to do is put the file in JPG format and then use JPG compression. The easy way to do this is use a program that has a "Save for the Web" option. It should then give you a bunch of thumbnails that show the picture. Choose the one that says 9 K or less. You could do it at 10 K maybe, but it might go above 10000 bytes because it doesn't actually become 11 K until it is 10240 bytes. |

Brown skin, big hair, pointy ears, belbottoms and a tunic, with some gold jewelry. I've actually been tempted to blend one up, but I'm not mroe than a journyman artist. And I have a problem with organic shapes.
