Well, I don't think there needs to be one thread for that. After all, this whole sub-forum is dedicated to "Feedback and Tech Problems."
If you have a problem, just make a new thread. |

how come when you adjust that little slider just a few millimeters on your toaster, the toast that was just coming out half-raw is now burnt to a crisp?

Why the HELL< WHY the HELL does entmoot erase all the "todays posts" every 3-6 minutes, so that one has to log off to see the days or morning's posts, then log on everytime you feel like answering, then log off to check the post list again, then log on to answer, then log off to check the day's posts again, then log on when you see one you'd like to answer, then log off to check the day's posts again, then - FOR F***'S SAKE!!! And this doesn't ALways happen, but this morning it is happening over and over and over and over again, as if someone who can, is deliberately cleaning the "today's posts" every five friggin' minutes. WHY?????? WHY???????????

Are you talking about "Today's Posts" or "New Posts"?
I always use "new posts," which shows all of the new posts since one last logged on. "Today's posts" is only available when one is logged off. If you lose the "new posts" list, or it goes to just a couple of entries, it's because your cookies/[other tech term] have run out and your logged-on-ness was automatically terminated after a certain period of idling.

Yes, all this time I meant "New Posts," it goes "New Posts" when one is logged in, then "Today's Posts" when you're logged out. But my beef remains the same, anyway. I think it has something to do with Vbulletin and not entmoot, but I could definitely be wrong, I just don't know.

Unless you're on a public computer, don't log out. It works for me.

Size of attachments
In the "Do you know these Mooters?"-thread I had in mind to attach a complete list of Mooters so far unclued but even with 5 one-page word documents it doesn't work. Apparently 20 kb is too much. I don't really know how reduce it to the stated 9,8 without having to make it 10 or 20 third-of-a-page word documents.
Help, please. |

IMO, I don't see the need to have this but perhaps one of the Admin. will respond with a favorable reply.

The question I had I posted here because I thought unnecessary to begin a new thread for that alone. |
