Gandalf's ring
I am currently working on a sculpture of Gandalf. Here's my question: do you think I should have him wearing his ring? He was wearing it, of course, but it wasn't really visible. Whatcha think?

Re: Gandalf's ring
I would say no.
But make sure that the sleeve is covering it, just to establish that he did wear it. Will you send us pics once you've finished? |

Re: Gandalf's ring
If you're drawing Gandalf The White you could justify the Ring being there, as it could be seen when he was leaving Middle-earth. Otherwise I'd just leave it out.

Re: Gandalf's ring
All my half decent middle earth art ends up in the Lothlorien section of the Tolkien Trail. I think I may have the ring shown subtelly, covered up or something as it was suggested.
