The 'mooters vegetarian Cook book

Have any good recipes for vegetarians? Post them here! I'll try to find some good ones and post them later.

Happy Cooking!

Please don't post that here! If you want to joke around about vegetarians, then please bring it to a different thread, or creat your own, I'd be happy to talk to you there about it, but over here, I just want recipies.

I made a great side dish yesturday that I got out of a cook book, it's called Russian Potatoes, it's really good and I'll post it here after school!

Melissa brand makes a Mexican chorizo made with soy... you can't tell the difference except that the soy one has far less fat. If you've ever had Mexican chorizo, you know what I'm talking about. Yummmy... but oh, so bad for you! And made with the most disgusting parts of the pig.

This brand also makes a good substitute for breakfast sausage patties, if you like that sort of thing.

My mom makes a really good gazpacho (sp?) and I grill vegetables on the grill. Try cutting up red peppers and zuchini or yellow squash, marinating them in a combination of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and then grilling them. Awsome stuff.

And big white mushrooms too. One of my favorite things on the grill.
