Could you be more specific? Do you want Elven names, in Quenya and/or Sindarin?

Elenwë is, IMO, a nice name (and not much used). Elbereth is also good...

Do you want names already used, or original? For Elves? Quenya or Sindarin?

Nuneth
Ancalime
Silmarien
Tar-Telperien (Telperien)
Miriel

To make a Quenya or Sindarin feminine name:
Get the wordlists from the Ardalambion. Choose a word with the desired meaning. If that word ends with a vowel, change the vowel to ë. If it ends in a consonent, add Ã*an, wen, or ë. Most importantly, make sure the result sounds good. (I once met an unfortunate fanfic character named Dingelwen... a perfectly correct name meaning 'silent star maiden', but who would want a name like Dingelwen?)

O.o
what are you saying? Are you saying that "Ruinel" (meaning red flame star) sounds bad?

No! There are other endings that can be used, but those particular endings tend to make the best names. Ruinel is a nice name. Dingelwen sounds a bit silly if you overlook the meaning.
