Dennis McKiernan - Mithgar
Has anyone else read any of these books? I've loved every one.. his world, Mithgar, is incredibly detailed without being heavy reading, as Tolkien can sometimes be. There are several books, some in duologies or trilogies, and all are connected in some manner with the book that is coming out this summer - the culmination of books covering thousands of years of events leading up to the birth of one boy - the Impossible Child. Here's a fan webpage (the best I've found) about his works: Halls of Mithgar
