Isn't Gollum wonderous? Isn't he special? Even though he is missunderstood. I feel sorry for him.

Using the handy-dandy search feature located in the upper right had corner of your screen, you can find plenty of active threads that discuss Gollum both as he is portrayed int he book, and in the movie. Not only is this in the wrong place, it is also redundant.
