ahhh relaxation. (this may not be the best for you since im a female) but i like taking hot bubble baths with incence and blaring totally not relaxing music. but thats just me. also (this is prob just me to but what the hay!) i like blaring music(again) and just laying in my bed or sitting in a corner and let my mind wander

thats insane! I am taking honors algebra 2 this year, and thats like 30-45 minutes a night (an hour if i do it with the TV on) and in 9th grade.next year,i want to do honors bio too! argh~! plus on top of that..honors trig, honors english, and spanish 3.....i CAN so wait till next year

that works best for me too. i'm also always really stressed and sometimes it helps to look at lots and lots and lots of pics of EW then OB then maybe Johnny Depp, of course i doubt this would have the same affect on you. sometimes it helps to play really loud kinda depressing music draw pics of demons and dead people and really gross pictures, get out every last bit of stress out on the paper then rip the paper into teeny tiny pieces then throw them into the trash can. at first you might feel worse, but later you'll feel like it's all out of your body. Or write a stupid thing about your insanity, make up other personalities for yourself and just write about lots of really really stupid things. when your done you'll feel much more light hearted.
