Erm...a capella music still has notes. It's voices only, with no accompianment (sp?), ie, no piano, guitar.

My defintions. Lyrics are words. Music is notes.

Webster definition

Lyric n.. The words of a song

Music n. 1. The art of arranging tones in an orderly sequence so as to produce a unified and coninuous compostion. 2. Vocal or instrumental sounds with rhythm, melody and harmony.

Don't really mean to argue, I'm just a huge music buff and it's one of my pet peeves. Also, I have no life and I'd rather do this than homework.
