its a place in the first world war where soldiers stayed,
the last post is a piece of music played by a bugeral from the face service every night it echos because the gate is an arch so the sound bounces of the walls. i love history so i love going to places like that. If you google or you tube it you will find the last post on there. they play the last post at rememberence sunday services as they lower the flags.

Curufin is... Abasi isn't. Gotcha. If you notice, my signature includes my gender b/c once upon a time Val and BB were talking and I was called a "he". I wanted to clear that up for everyone ONCE and for all! Haha.
Sorry for thinking you were a "he", Curufin. Although, technically, your Entmoot name is a guy elf's name.

I know. For some reason I always end up liking Tolkien's male characters better.

I'm guessing that's because they outnumber his female characters like 10:0.5

Why is everyone going to Belgium instead of the Netherlands?
Fay, I'm ready when you are. ^_^

Because the Rock Werchter 2008 (rock festival) is in Brussels and not the Hague!

That's fine if Haldis finds Aerin. She's been wandering around trying to find her way out so she could be anywhere... which just happens to be also where everyone else is looking for the library! I also don't care if they run into each other or if she is overtaken while walking down the hallway. Whatever you'd like.

Aerin is getting worse. Read the RPG! You all should rush in, unprepared to inadvertently save her!
Only joking!

For the record, the prison mentioned in my last post has nothing to do with Aerin.

Hehe, Ellysa turns out to be a chatterbox when she's nervous
Fay, interpret that last sentence as you wish.

Sane, will you send Carnehilion in after us? Or do I have to come and get you?

So Quickleaf is waiting for a reply from his companions and then we're off to search I believe

Hehe well Borin I didn't know you brought your warg along, but it's a very comforting thought

And yes, it is his birthday. And it's the first hot day of the year, first really hot day. It was 85 F today. The next 5 days it's going to be over 90. It's really unusual in tthese parts to have 90's in early June, but sometimes we even get that in mid-May. With how cold winter and even early-to-mid spring were, I thought global warming had become global cooling. Now I suppose it's a little of both. I'd call it global temperature extremes. Even temperate areas are getting wild fluctuations in temperate and oxygen content. The constituents of the atmosphere are definitely changing, some of it due to the natural phases the climate experiences and the impact of life on earth. At least it's not an impact event, which would be far worse. Anyway, "Ingwe" has been recovering from some abdominal problems he had a couple of weeks ago. It really hits him hard and seeing him in that pain hit me hard, but he's doing better everyday. It's not like he had to learn how to walk or talk all over again, but he didn't seem to well for the last month or so, especially when he was in and out of the hospital. It's likely due to an old injury that festered and so it's a functional condition but not an ailment of any kind. The bad tthing about that is that it's hard to treat something that's both functional and has only injury as a cause. On a side note, I'd like to go into the tunnels somettime and if anyone would want to come along, that would be cool. And if not that's cool too. That way I could interact with more than just Josh all the time. |
