It's peaceable. He's just been going through something in his own heart for the last few months, questioning everything in his life, including whether he should be married. Thank you, Tessar. I'm at my sister's now, 1000 miles away from him, but oddly somehow i feel like this is right, and i'm at peace with it. It's exactly opposite of how i thought i'd be feeling this morning, and it's susprising even me. But it does feel right. I feel like this is at this very moment where God wants me to be. I'm just trusting in God.

Whew, that's difficult, Voronwen! You'll be in my prayers tonight. You might want to pray about making some conditions for this separation, even though you've already moved out (I think?) Conditions such as he will (or you both will, to make it easier on him) get counseling at least once a week, something like that. Some type of accountability for something that works towards the health of your marriage, which he has taken a vow about. ANd maybe at the end of the month, review the progress. Something so it's just not an escape.

I've been getting counseling for a while by myself, and have arranged for some while i'm here as well. He has told me that he will go in my absence (he refused many times to go together) and we'll see what he does. At this point it's about a week since i've been here and i haven't heard from him at all - not a word - no text, no email, nothing. It's as if i was just dropped on my family's doorstep with a "See ya". Very uncool.

At this point i am just drawing close to God for my strength and healing, and for the aching hole in my heart that's so in need of love.

I have three finals tomorrow, please pray for me. I need to do very well on my theory exam (I think I need to make like... a 72% to pass... which sounds easy but in theory it is soooo easy for me to screw up), and my other two finals I'm just sort of anxious about just because. It's gonna be a rough day... first final at 7:30, second at 10, third at 1:30.

I didn't know where else to put this, but i just received news that my beloved cat has passed away. He was 10 years old and very sick.

Losing a pet after such a long time is really sad - they become such a part of the family.

Voro, my friend, I know about loosing a beloved pet, we have had a number of dogs - the latest - dachshunts - which as you perhaps know - have major problems with their backs - anyway - all three we have had send to the happy hunting grounds because of this inherent problem.

Would everyone be so kind as to say some prayers for my friend? His flight for New York leaves tomorrow, and if he passes the simi-finals he'll be competing at the Metropolitan Opera. He has asked me not so much to pray that he wins, but just that he'll sing his best.

If you guys could toss in a few prayers as well, I know he would certainly appreciate it .

Please say a prayer for my friend and I for tomorrow... not only for a safe trip up and back from the competition (it's about a two and a half to three hour drive there), but that we both sing our best! I'm really, really hoping to at least make simi-finals.

My 86 year old aunt, who lives in a residential home for old people, has got an infection and is developing sepsis. They are trying out some antibiotics, the first type didn't work, and they are now trying a different one or a combination. Please pray for her - she's very weak as well, but if the medication helps, then she might recover some strength to go on for a little longer.
