Ah, glad to see you. How's the toe?
No, this is another one. If I actually get a picture, sometime before Easter, I might put it somewhere. The production was in a union theatre, which meant crazy move in and out, and no time in the space. But it went well, more or less. I love the producers, etc., but didn't have much in common with the folk in my dressingroom, which is kind of no fun. Met some great new ones, though. Good houses, nice support staff, many of whom I knew. Good show.

Nah, Camomile is one of the few teas that I dislike. I"m having some hot chai tea now
Toe's doing great - foot is slowly starting to do better finally, although I still haven't heard back from the dr. about the MRI. Basically, I'm just taking staying off the foot more seriously. The show sounds fun - that would be fun to see you! *wistful look*

Today I was making videos of myself singing, trying to work on some problems I have (namely jaw tension)... which is why I was looking all over the place and messing up the lyrics.
If anyone is interested in hearing my voice, this is a little clip. I was just singing random stuff, and this particular bit is a snippet from Penelope's Song by Loreena McKennitt. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqQ1EHniQmo Yes there are a lot of problems with the sound, but I'm actually relatively pleased. I can see improvement from the videos I was making earlier in the semester as far as jaw tension goes. I've also got more resonance, although my sound is a little 'off' in this video since I was just focusing on keeping my jaw relaxed rather than worrying about how I sounded. But honestly all in all, this is a pretty fair estimate of how my voice sounds in general. Last edited by Tessar : 12-17-2007 at 08:56 PM. |

I'm off for my exam... gotta translate Japanese to "grammatically correct Dutch sentences", which is impossible with the depth of the Japanese language compared to Dutch and I have to translate for 3 hours!
Wish me luck! I'll have a sandwich before leaving, because otherwise you'll hear my stomach during the exam Waiter! Oh wait, this here is selfservice...

NAUTIPUS!!! *jumps at Nauti and effectively knocks the air out of him* You're here!!! Enjoying your vacation?
Edit: Alas, my eyes deceived me. PPS: What happened to the rule-thread anyway? You know, the one on top of the General page alongside the pictures and introduction threads?

Rule thread?
I.... don't know what you're talking about. <.< >.> o.o I... I think if you'll look, you'll find that we have no rule threads here. Or, you know, you don't have to look, really... it's... it's not that important. ... Last edited by Tessar : 12-18-2007 at 04:24 PM. |
