*throws some Chai up into the sky for Eärniel*
Oy, oy, oy! I have to get my lazy hinie over to the store but I don't want to - my son's volleyball team is coming over for dinner and I gotta get stuff going! Well, I'll leave my virtual self in a comfy chair by the fire with some Chai, while my RL self gets her sorry booty out the door. *curls up in a chair by the fire with some Chai and a maple donut*

All Patrons of the Teacup Cafe:
Sorry for the condescension and sarcasm of my earlier Notice about watching the content of our posts. Wasn't in the best of moods this morning - part moot stuff, part non-moot stuff. If anyone took offense to the way I worded my message, I apologize sincerely.

Maybe what you need is a nice sauna, followed by a cold beer. Or a piece of cake and a delicious coffee. Whatever you need to (virtually) relax, the Teacup is here to help you!
![]() GW, are you making an icon for dA? I'll make one for you! ![]() ![]() edit: I'm done a possible avatar for you - I'll go post it in the Shop. ![]() edit2: about innuendo, Shrek had plenty of innuendo and it was rated PG-13. eg. *Donkey and Shrek, looking up at Lord Farquaad's very, very tall castle* Shrek: "Think he's making up for something?" Children in the audience: Haha, it's because Lord Farquaad is really short (he is) Adults: [laugh for a different reason] Just sayin'! ![]()

![]() I had a feeling this would happen... ARGH! This damn radio doesn't get any reception! I'm so sick of it hissing when I sit in my desk chair. Why can't I at least enjoy SOMETHING after a bad day? My life is so full of entropy. Oh, and I was right when I said Murphy's law was a law of science. It's the second law of thermodynamics, actually. If anything can get more complicated (complex), it will. Entropy.

Always does. But beleive it or not, I think I'll have iced tea.
![]() Why is it so abnormally cold in the morning and so rediculously hot in the afternoon? Where did we go wrong? The supposed rain shadow effect seems to be a double-edged sword, because it seems as though we get more rain here than LA. I wish it was cold and windy and rainy right now. Consistency would greatly help my day. ![]() I think a good dose of science and0--gah! I've run out of classical things to record. Any recommendations? I know! I'll record scene 3 of Das Rhinegold. I'm slowly growing my collection, so I will have the entire Ring cycle on an MP3, maybe. Might STILL be too big. I think I ought to look into this longevity gene they discovered recently. The latest issue of Scientific American has an eight page story on it. I'm worried what this might bring...The last thing we need is for the population to grow another billion, or ten billion! The old live longer to have more children, and the children live longer, and in turn, have more children. I hope they can go on interstellar travel soon, because if that's the case I'm OUTTA HERE! Entropy on it's most devestating level currently possible, for humans, at least. ![]() What do you think about this? Perhaps I could find an online article.

TB, the longevity of life will only increase with the advancement in medicine and the science you so dearly love.

Hey Tb, your into astronomy now and, I know your a science genius, did you see where they found a nebula cloud that looks just like a double helix? It was on my welcome screen yesterday and I forgot to go and check it out. So, instead of doing a search, I'm going to be lazy and just ask you about it.
