Please let's get back on topic. If you would like to tell how sad you are that Frodo is marrying Lola, fine. If not, I will help you by closing this thread.

Good on him I say. Sure I'm as jealous as hell, but like I ever had a chance.

I read somewhere that he was thinking about 'popping the question', and that his friends are trying to talk him out of it, because at the time of printing, he had only been dating her for two months.
Whatever, if he's happy, that's cool.

Oh, I'm sure if he met you first he'd marry you instead.

Now now, stop all this nonsense, you know he'd marry me in stead of all of you! (Nevermind the fact that I'm 18 years younger than him...)

Well, you never know, galadriel88. Both my father and my stepfather are nine years older than my mother (there is only a one month age difference between them).
I don't think he'd ever marry me, and even if he asked, I don't think I would say yes.

My dad is nine years older than my mother. Look at it this way: when he was 19 she was 10. Interesting, no? When I was 10 Elijah was . . . 15. Jeez - that's closer in age than I thought.

Wouldn't he have been 16 when you were 10?
That's just odd. He's about the same age as my sister. o.O

He was born Jan. 28, 1981, right? I was born Sept. 11 1986 . . . so by calculation he is only 5 years, 7 months, and almost 2 weeks older than me. So he would have been a little over 15 and a half when I was ten.

Heh, well, now we've made our point that age really doesn't matter?
