I have just learned of the latest intelligence report given to the Entmoot Ministry of Foreign Affairs!

It turns out a great deal of the pent up anger and frustration shown by the Mad-Max Balrog is because of late it has suffered from various disorders

The Balrog has suffered from sulfur, iron, molten rock and inner-combustion-deficiency which causes erratic, involuntary bursts of fire on the poor Balrog's body. The Balrog feels weak and unmotivated and has, according to a reliable source, been ridiculed by Smaug

According to one anonymous source the Balrog had finally gotten some sleep after consecutive centuries of poor sleep and itchy skin and was FURIOUS when Hector and Jonathan woke him up!

It seems that all the Balrog wants is proper drugged sleep! The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has put together an offer that we label "Ibux-For-Charcoal" program where the Balrog can sell (at a lower than market price) its charcoal-leftovers to needy towns and villages in return for large shipments of Ibux painkillers!

We have yet to negotiate with the Balrog as the first messenger we sent out was incinerated, but we have a good feeling the "Ibux-For-Charcoal" program will work
