3rd debt vs marshall paln
I don't recall 100% but I believe the marshall plan was the US "lending money" to Europe to rebuild. I "think" we did the same to Japan.
But we never called in those debts did we? BUT Now we are bleeding the 3rd world. I will admit my ignorance here so please correct me if i'm wrong
