Relativity of Good and Evil

Do you think that good and evil are shaped soley by a persons own perspective relative only to his/her circumstances or do you believe that there is an absolute good and evil that is unchanging.

An arguement that good and evil are changeable according to circumstances and upbringing would be a war between two countries where each countrys citizens believe that their country is good while the enemy is evil - its all relative to the situation.
