That is why you have to stock up on the meat while it is cheap. That way you don't have to buy it when the price jumps up once the demand rises. Then you start purchasing meat as normal once the regular price comes back again.

But this trend might take years to get there. Foodmarkets have the tendency to change rather slowly. You can't store meat for years unless you have a very big freezer.
