I don't know about that.
 Actually the worst place when it comes to driving that I've been yet is France. In Paris, if a driver sees a pedestrian, he speeds up. And if it's an old lady or a mother pushing a stroller, he steps on it and burns some rubber! Well, that may be an exaggeration . . . but I seriously almost got run over at least 5 times!
