*Ahem* In my capacity as attorney-general of this board, it has fallen upon me, Jonathan, to make sure our judiciary system functions smoothly. I will do my best to live up to the expectations of Acalewia, President of Entmoot, who conveyed me the following message:
"Since your heroic escape from prison I think putting you in charge of the jails and prisons would prevent innocents from being wrongly put there."
Treebeard will assist me in justly balancing the scales of justice.

Alas, by the authority given to me by President Acalewia, I hereby declare this court of honour to be open and in session.

Our first case will be the impeachment of hectorberlioz. Will the defendant rise?

My simple reply to that is: Yes BJ, we can
And Midge can have the leftovers, once we're done with him

Hector, you stand accused for a number of things. Coffeehouse has been of great help in digging up dirt.

• Power-abuse during his time as President.
• Unlawful deprivation of liberty, i.e. the imprisonment of Jonathan (that's me) and who knows who else. We are still investigating evidence suggesting that many of the Entmoot old-timers may actually sit incarcerated in this instant, explaining their infrequent posting and absence.
• Misquoting people outside of the "Misquote thread".
• Conspiracy.
• Embezzlement from the Entmoot treasury.
• Larceny of chocolate.
• Bribery with chocolate.
• Gross slander and manipulating the media; anonymously running defaming campaigns against his political opponents.
• Unlawful threats.
• Warmongering and flirting with Mordor.
• Pinching female mooters' bottoms.
• And as we'll see here below, fleeing a courtroom. That's a felony too

I will gladly add further accusations and accept any evidence and information from the people of Entmoot! Heck, maybe someone can even offer him an alibi of sorts

Alright Hector, you have the right to remain silent (but you'd be punished for it so you better spill the beans!). Anything you say can and most certainly will be used against you in this court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney, if one is willing to take your case at all. If you cannot afford a lawyer, tough luck.
