They're not posted on the same day, the first post of the 3rd Teacup is a copy of the 2nd café's opening post. I hazard a guess this is because the 2nd thread was split and so the third had no first poss of its own so it was copied.

The shortest-lasting Café (9th) lasted for a mere five days, but it only contained 450 posts (not sure why) and was renamed the Recreation Room NCC-1701!

This was during an Aprils Fools joke where the Entmoot was converted to a Star Trek board. A new cafe was probably started before the other one was full to start afresh after the joke.
