Nessa saw the denial on 'Abal's face and simply walked away before she could have the offer thrown in her face. Bayhas's words reached her ears.
Something softened in the general area of her heart. "Ah, Bayhas..." she murmured. "If I had been free, I probably would have loved you." With that, she walked away into the desert. They no longer had need of her.
