Apple vs. Apple

Anyone want to weigh in on this topic? It's a little lighter than the other topics. It could be fun.

My opinion. It's a different logo. Apple Corps doesn't have a case. Just because Apple Computer settled out of court in 1991 doesn't mean they would have lost. Besides, Steve Jobs should just buy Apple Corps and be done with it. I know that Neil Aspinal is still very close with the Beatles' widows and the surviving Beatles, and I wish them well, but frankly, they would be better served by an alliance with iTunes than attemting to re-invent that particular wheel.
