The only Mass in B minor I've got is conducted by Celibidache. It's one of those unathorized recordings that were sold during his life. I like it very much, although the sound is not good.

I was planning, anyway to buy a hystorical interpretation.

Another thing. I'm looking forward to your review on Herrewegue's Matthew
It does sound very romantic...very loud-ish. I didn't think Bach could sound like the Berlioz Requiem so much. I havent listened to it all the way through yet, mostly because I got a collection of organ music (Bach among), and these pieces by Widor are so good...
I got Rachmaninov's Symphonic Dances/Isle of the dead. Ashkenazy conducting. I already owned that disc, but it was a copy, and the skipping was driving me nuts.

You'll have to wait awhile more for the Hereweghe review, because right now I don't trust Amazon implicitly. My Copland disc is lost, and Berlioz's Benvenuto Cellini has not come...and it's been more than a month for thge former, and over three weeks f0r the latter...and they failed to accept my order of Messaien, when there was plenty of money in the bank for it....
