The happy thread !!

Well, I'm real happy right now, because I finally called my stepfather's answering machine & told him to f--k off and never to call me again, since all I ask is that he never get anywhere near me or my life again. Phew, it felt very, very good. He used to intimidate me so much I wouldn't even been able to hear his voice without caving, and now I've grown the strength and self-respect to speak my mind clearly and to stand up for myself against him. It makes it easier, too when he lives so far away geographically speaking.
