what if....?
Frodo is standing by the cracks of doom, and claims the ring for his own. The Nazgul are going to go get him, and the ring. Gollum hits Sam in the head....
...and doesn't knock him out. Sam grabs him by the neck and throws him into the fire. The Nazgul take Frodo and the Ring. Then what would have happened?
