Here's a weird theory: Could felix felicis be a spell, rather than a person? If so, there's a possibility it could be the incantation for the cheering charm. Personally, I think it's most likely a person, who I think is most likely the DADA teacher. If so, he's a very happy one

, at least if his name fits his personality as with so many HP characters. It's about time they had a nice DADA teacher!
