I don't think I'd mind seeing a forty hour movie, actually. I obviously wouldn't try to get through it at one sitting, but... Any other idea is even worse.

Of course, as I've said, I wouldn't want to see any dramatisation of the Silmarillion at all.

This is just speculation, right? Right!?
