Turambar Opera
I have the taken on the incredible task of setting the story of Turin Turambar in an operatic setting.
I am curious to hear any suggestions anyone may have about the most important aspect of Turin Turambar's story. I need something just under the surface that can be seen as a theme for the entire opera. I have in my mind already an obvious "doom/fate" theme, but I know, with the knowledge that is spread about on this site just from the first half hour I've scanned the threads that you all can help a great deal. So, give me all you've got.
