I don't know Finland at all. Sorry. Though I met a nice Finnish guy on St. Patrick's Day, he didn't talk about Finland at all, and, sorry to say, I wasn't asking him. His name was something that starts with an "H" and ends in an "o" ... wow... I have a bad memory.
