It's nice to see Scandanavians getting along so well. So when does the bloodshed start and the raping and pillaging.

The History Channel is going to have a series on about vikings and the Monguls and they're calling it - "The Barbarians are Coming"

They also have the "Civilize the Barbarian Photo Contest"

You Might Be a Barbarian if...
* You pick out your wardrobe based on the "sniff test."
* You show your appreciation for a good meal with a belch.

If this describes you or someone you know, grab your camera and enter the Civilize the Barbarian Photo Contest for a chance to clean-up, in more ways than one!

Entry is a snap!
* Take a picture of the barbarian in your life.
* Tell us which horde he/she belongs to

* Plead your case in 100 words or less. Why is your nominee in dire need of a makeover and how will his/her "civilize-ation" improve your life?

10 finalists will be selected based on creativity, originality and historical relevance and their entries will be posted on HistoryChannel.com one week prior to the January 19 premiere of Barbarians. Visitors to the site will vote for the "barbarian" most in need of a makeover.

* Check back on January 13 to vote for your favorite of our 10 finalists.
* Visit us again on January 20 to see who is the most barbaric of all!

This might be slightly off topic but what Scandanavian do you think we should nominate. I say we should send in Jonathan's or Falagar's picture.
