Great lesson. But what if you aren't hungry right when you wake up? should you just eat something anyway? Like Lizra's not hungry, because she eats late at night.

My fave Southern breakfast is actually biscuits and (vegetarian) sausage cream gravy. Now that's some good eatin'.
