Tad Williams and his trilogy of Memory Sorrow and

The only thing that really (as opposed to midly) annoyed me about these books was the the handy pronunciation guide only provided really good pronunciations (gosh, that's hard to type) for names I could have figured out---how many ways can one possiblly pronounce the princesses name? (which I don't remember how to spell)---but didn't help on the ones I would have liked to know.

I never did know how to pronounce Simon's formal name...
