no, regular mods never had more power at the moot(except when we were on ezboard).

The only 'regular' mods left are Mathron (RPG) and Hama (Lotr Musical).

Some admins wanted to be assingned to forums as moderators - but they have power on all fourums and have access to the admin control pannel and moderator forum.

Before Earniel was made a full-board mod, she was just a regular RPG mod.

Having power in only your designated forum makes some sense.
