Since I'm always warning against making snap judgements this may be going out on a limb, but...
Doesn't it seem awfully convenient for Saddam that the two 'off-target' bombings in Baghdad just happened to be in crowded marketplaces? Makes for very provocative media coverage- has anyone seen anything about what kind of neighborhoods they were- Shiite, maybe?
