Gandalf in Victoria, BC!

This past week, Ian McKellan (aka Gandalf) was in Victoria, British Columbia...where I live! Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet him, or even see him in person, for that matter, because his stay wasn't publicized until he was gone! He was here shooting a movie (hehe, don't remember which one they said), and in the newspaper yesterday there was this front-page picture of him signing autographs for these people! Argh! But isn't that cool? He was in the same city as me! I really wish I knew before so I could get an autograph or something. Oh well.
