I've posted several of these at the JC, and I know a Middle Earth one was also posted there, but I'll put it up here anyway . You must think of a Middle Earth place name, character, weapon, or anything appropriate that begins with the last letter of the previous word. So if I said Bilbo, you could say Orodruin.
