My dad is constantly saying how sad it is that Legolas didn't have any toys when he was a young elf.

You mean 'LEGO-las', I suppose. LOL! That's very funny, and I bet LEGO-las inspired the name of these toys.

That was terrific! I loved the lighting in Moria, and the flooding of the ford. Whoever did that has way too much free time.

Yep. Some people have entirely too much time on their hands. How much do you think he spent on LEGOs? Those things aren't cheap.

That musta been a couple Christmas's worth. More Legos than I ever got.
That was surprisingly well done too. Did you notice the hobbits were actually shorter than the rest of the characters? I didn't know you could do that. |

You'll notice that they don't have normal looking LEGO legs. Maybe he chopped them off and the waist and rebuilt them himself.
The Nazgûl look like he took the face off Darth Vader. Very interesting.

For the hobbit's legs it appears he used regular 1x1 blocks instead of the actual leg pieces, I've seen that site a bunch of times before, but never really noticed that till now.

I had no idea one could be so ...creative with lego. Really. No idea.
It really is most commendable (someone call the nuthouse, that guy needs help)

How cute! Whoever did this had to be a very creative individual... maybe a little on the obsessive side though... but as they say... there's a very thin line between creativity and insanity!
