[T.B.?] Critical Thinking--The One and Only

Well, for some of you young'uns around the moot, the [T.B.?] was a series of trivia threads I tried to start and failed. Looking back, it was no more than a publicity stunt. But, if I were to make any trivia threads, it would bear the [T.B.?] that I'm sure the Mods remember from my flooding of Trivia threads that were on one topic only. This thread, if it is not closed immediately, will, as far as I can tell, be the last of the [T.B.?.] trivia.
To get to the point, in this thread I will post some questions that require thinking, as well as some general trivia. If you want a serious game with a new question promptly posted, this is not the place, go to our expert puzzling person, Grey Wolf. Remember, just give what you think to most of them.

First Question:
Would you rather have a rinoceros attack you or an Elephant?

Just give your opinion or more fittingly, your preference. And please use the spoiler code.

My gratitude knows no bounds, Grey Wolf, I'm forever in your debt!

As for the original question,
I would prefer an elephant actually. They are less fierce looking than rhinos. Also, maybe it won't be able to target me as easily from such a height!

You're welcome, Serenoli! (btw, do join Truly LOST in Middle Earth, it's a blast of a RPG)

As for a new question, here goes:

Jumping from the cliffs of Acapulco or the Empire state Building, what's your preference?

TBs question, I'd prefer an *drum roll*
elephant

GWs question, I have to say
Acapulco, better view, and much more exotic

Another question. Would you rather be choked to death on chocolate than licorice?

Wait...hold it a second.

None of you are thinking...This is just a warm up, but you really must think...
And, rohirrim, your question will be next... (though it's kinda hard to think critically on it, because we don't know if the mouse ends up dead too.)

Chocolate! I can't stand licorice. Although I'm destined to. It's a Helliwell thing. Wait a minute! I'm a Helliwell! How come I don't get cool magic demon-vanquishing powers!
Or 90 second rule-vanquishing powers...
