Think of it not as a pile of wood but a anctual LARGE tree you are dragging. You people have never actually done carpentry inside an RPG or out. I do marine carpentry, and trust me, you would wheeze when you have a 60ft umpty dump weight piece of tree strapped to you and dragging. Numenor or not.
Yes, yes, suspicion is abound. Beware the sneaky carpenter.

Oh yeah, I forgot you cut down a whole tree. Which brings up the point, that two people cannot move a 60ft tree, much less carry it. You wouldn't be wheezing because clearly, you are superman.
I think to move the whole tree, given our resources, we'd have to roll it along shorter logs. Faligorn is not (yet) on my list.

Well, I made due with what I had....Also perhaps we were dragging it down a hill? And Koroush did his fair share of straining....but yes, with the logs, i think the rolly technique is best.

Maybe this can be one of those situations that happened while the GM was looking out the window.

Well ladies and gentleman, Finrod (the character) is leaving the game...I have decided to go with my evil character...I've done funny characters and noble/heroic characters in Entmoot RPG's, now its Wicked time.

GM? whats that? But yeah, I edited me post to make a tweeny bit more sense...but this thing is far from realstic....
1) ELF PIRATES (for crying out loud) 2)TIME/SPACE CONTINEUM TRAVEL, on a tall ship, stolen from seattle. Yep, totaly logical and true to life plot lines. I think we can throw common sense for a little loop now and again. So long as it doesnt hurt the story line.

GM is a game master. Alright I guess that doesn't matter.
But I do think we should avoid bending the laws of physics if we can, I just think the game would be more fun that way, and the rules we do break (stolen tall ship etc.) are funnier or cooler that way.

What we're actually waiting for is Sicirus/anyone on the ship to post and say they are going to bring the ship in and moor it nearer the beach for repairs. If someone doesn't do it by the time I get home (ie. Saturday) then I'll godmod a bit so we who are here can move along the game.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to post what I wanted because I was involved in an accident. I'm okay now. BUT, I'm going to Egypt tomorrow for a week, so I still can't post. I have to catch a train to London in an hour and haven't finished packing...so really felt I should come online and apologise for leaving you all a bit without anything to do. So, feel free to explore the island a little. Don't go near the big mountain yet, and make sure none of you go out alone But you can find caves, or tree monsters...or whatever. Just save the tribe meeting until later, okay? Much love to all xxx

You can play Nurvingiel if you're bored Katt. She's on the island and has opportunities for fun. There's a description on page 5 or 6 or something.
