Yeah this has been all over the news in the States all week. What a sad and tragic story

In this place will I abide, and my heirs, unto the ending of the world.'

'Then Tuor arrayed himself in the hauberk, and set the helm upon his head, and he girt himself with the sword; black were sheath and belt with clasps of silver. Thus armed he went forth from Turgon's hall, and stood upon the high terraces of Taras in the red light of the sun. None were there to see him, as he gazed westward, gleaming in silver and gold, and he knew not that in that hour he appeared as one of the Mighty of the West, and fit to be father of the kings of the Kings of Men beyond the Sea, as it was indeed his doom to be; but in the taking of those arms a change came upon Tuor son of Huor, and his heart grew great within him. And as he stepped down from the doors the swans did him reverence, and plucking each a great feather from their wings they proffered them to him, laying their long necks upon the stone before his feet; and he took the seven feathers and set them in the crest of his helm, and straightway the swans arose and flew north in the sunset, and Tuor saw them no more.' -Of Tuor and his Coming to Gondolin

I knew about Bjork's stalker.

BTW... until a court of law convicts this dog turd... he's innocent. So, let's give him his trial... then we can hang him from the highest tree.

That's not how it goes in the US. We give them a fair trial... then we send them to Texas for their hanging.

make it a slow death. People like that deserve to suffer. burn him to a point where he is alive but has no chanve of survival so he lays around for a day or so hoping for death

Send him to Iraq, make him live in the city, drink their water, all that. Then kill him.

nah, iraqs to good for people like him. you should lock him in a room with no food or water so he starves to death. make sure there is nothing in the room he can kill himself with, so he will have no clothing and the room will be padded. That way he wastes away into nothingness

No, I think Iraq would get him pretty good. It's a pretty bad place to be, espically out in the city. He probably would still waste away to nothing, it would just smell worse as he's doing it.

Carlie was described as a loving, caring person. Would she really want this man tortured or beaten? He probably does deserve death, but do we have the right to give it to him?

What happened to Carlie is wrong. It is a tragedie I couldn't hope to describe, and my heart goes out to the family.

Still, I don't believe in the death penatly. The punishment should be life in prison, that much we do have the right to give. (I mean actual life, not just 25 years.)

i agree with Nurvingiel, you people are sickos i think some people deserve death and i would gladly give it to them, but to me it sounds like the torturing you would dish out would not be given to punish him but t staisfy your own sick desires

Yeah? Well, that could be, or maybe I just have a different opinion of things. Maybe my outlook on life is just a little different, since I may have expierenced different things than you. Maybe I dont like to hear about people killing little girls, as I have a kid, and every time I hear about someone killing a kid, all I can think about is my kid, and I dont want my kid killed. Do you want your kids killed? Probably not. So dont judge me just because I posted some stuff about some murderer being sent to Iraq then killed. Please.

yeah before you all get into cruelly and unusually punishing the guy why doesnt someone lay out some of the details here. I still havent heard if there was a motive or if there was sexual assault involved. does anybody know? if sminty is around I know she lives in the same area that this happened. and has family who knew the girl. maybe she can give us some insight.

I think that what that guy did was horrible and I agree that he should go to jail for life not just 25 years, no offense meant but if you actually got to torture him you're really no better then him.

I think killing someone via lethal injection is much more humane than keeping them locked in a cage for life. I know I would much rather die. Plus, killing a murderer is not the same as what the murderer did. The murderer killed an innocent girl for no reason. Killing a murderer would be creating safety for the public and a humane alternative to lifelong jailing.

What's odd is that I live near all that where that was going on. I live in Manatee County and I know kids who go to her school. I know people who lived on her street. I know people that knew her personally. It's all over the local papers and stuff (of course) and I've been around her neighborhood before, my homeschooling group used to meet in a church down the road from the church where they found her. It's really scary for the parents around here and stuff, they are being really really protective of their kids now. I've heard it a billion times, kick scream make a scene....
It's really sad because nothing ever really happens locally so it's like it's something that wouldn't happen to you because here we are out in suburbia in the middle of a giant old folks home and a little girl was murdered...

School was weird on Friday because everybody was really angry/sad. Some people were crying and stuff. It's kind of a shock because I guess florida, especially our parts, is pretty isolated from stuff like that. Some teachers took time to talk about it in class...

well freakin first of all, she already knew the freakin guy who killed her.
and for a freak like him to kill her, for who knows what reason, is worthy of death penalty.
he could have raped her. in fact i think he did, the police just havent released that info yet.
and it will satisfy my sick desire if they puit him to death. because i dont want a sicko like that to be alive.
he has been arrested 13 times. been put to the jail 13 times. this was the last straw.
research yourself before you pass judgement on our judgement.
