No, Bruinen has no bridge, and Loudwater is the other name for the river Bruinen.
I think my question may be a bit unclear. I want you to give me: a)the name of the river over which the Last Bridge is built b)the other name of the Last Bridge.

a.k.a. The Bridge of Mitheithel.
the Glandum (a.k.a. the Gwathlo) which is tributary of the Bruinen. and The Mitheithel itself which crossed under the Bridge named after it.

Spock, you have got the name of the Bridge correct, but not the river. You got the Elvish name for the river correct, though.
BTW, I also believe Bruinen is a tributary of the Gwathlo, not the other way around.
